By downloading or using RESExamSG, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use RESExamSG for your own use, subject to these Terms and the App Store terms.
Subscriptions & Purchases
RESExamSG may offer subscriptions and one-time purchases. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in your Apple Account settings.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to reverse engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Disclaimer
RESExamSG is provided "as is". Content and any AI suggestions are for general informational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical or veterinary advice.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1st Group is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
